In 2003, Asset Realty, Inc. merged its very successful in-house training program with Success Seminars, formerly the Fortune School of Columbia, to form the Asset Academy of Real Estate. Jeff Bond, President & CEO, of ARI and Reggie Murphy, Owner of Success Seminars, and Regional Vice President of ARI have formed what will become the standard for real estate in-house training. Providing both State Certified programs as well as top shelf Sales Training will become a model for the industry.
New Agent Training:
Upon obtaining a Provisional Real Estate License, a new Asset Realty Associate will have the opportunity to enroll, at no cost to the agent, in Asset Academy's 30 Hour course to upgrade to a Permanent Sales License. This course is designed to give new sales consultants a complete overview of how to ethically and legally practice real estate in the state of South Carolina. The agent will graduate with an in-depth knowledge of areas including Agency, Ethics, State & Federal laws, Contracts and other areas of risk-reduction. In addition to the legal areas covered by the 30 Hour State required course, agents will also be provided, during their first six months, both classroom and in-the-field hands on training in all aspects of Real Estate Sales. You will not need to ask, "Where do I start?" Almost every office of Asset Realty, Inc. has both a Broker in Charge and a Sales Manager to guide you, until you are confident and comfortable practicing real estate on your own.
Ongoing Continuing Education
Asset Academy brings to Asset Realty Associates a wide array of business enhancing
education programs. These programs, are presented by Asset Realty's
highly
skilled and experienced management team as well as some of the company's
top
producers. Asset Academy also invites outside real estate industry related
experts to come in and present informative seminars in their areas of expertise.
These course offering are designed to help new and experienced sales consultants
develop a system that will insure success from personal prospecting to listing
appointments and negotiation skills, to marketing and technology.
